How to submit a pre-proposal

To receive your pre-proposals, we are using the "Call for abstracts" section at Indico. So, we always mean "pre-proposal" whenever you find the word "abstract".

Here, we summarize the process to submit a pre-proposal:

1. Read the document "Long Beamlines main technical characteristics"
2. Complete the Pre-proposal template
3. Go to Call for Pre-proposals. You can access this section by clicking in the left menu or by clicking at the end of the Overview page "Submit new abstract"
4. Add a Title of your pre-proposal
5. Add author(s)
6. Attach the completed template
7. Press Submit
