FORMAT & SIZE
- Poster size should be A0 or similar format around 80x120 cm, in portrait orientation.
- Please bring your poster to the venue duly printed.
CONTENT
- The content of the poster will be public. Please carefully check if it does not include confidential information.
LOCATION
- The posters will be placed in poster boards at the Experimental Hall between BL06-MISTRAL and BL09-MISTRAL to be discussed during lunch and coffee breaks in specific poster boards.
- Your poster will be assigned a number at the reception desk and you are kindly asked to set it up. Doubled-side adhesive tape and tacks will be available onsite.
