- New! : Tutorials-only registration
Because we consider the REXS tutorials to take place at ALBA synchrotron premises are a unique opportunity and we have some spots available (thanks to a bigger capacity than at the main conference site), we offer the opportunity to register-only for the tutorials and attend REXS2025 ALBA pre-session at a reduced cost of 80 euros.
This 'tutorials-only' registration scope includes: i) assistance to one of the tutorials at choice (until availability as displayed in the registration form), ii) the welcome and keynote talk session at ALBA synchrotron, iii) participation on the ALBA experimental hall visit, iv) coffee break and standard lunch at ALBA.
The tutorials-only registration does not provide access to the REXS2025 main conference activities at Almadraba hotel, nor any of the related services at the main site (bus services, coffee breaks, poster session,...).
- MAIN CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: Main conference registration is over.
Registration has been exceptionally extended until July 4th (registration and payments completed by this deadline). There will be no further extension of the registration deadline.
- Main Conference Registration Scope
The conference is initially limited to 70 attendees, given by the size of the conference meeting room.
Registration includes one daily lunch (mid day) per day and registered person, morning coffee breaks, poster session and welcome reception aperitifs. Dinner will remain at the attendee discretion.
It also includes:
- a conference bus services from ALBA synchrotron to the Conference Hotel on October 6th afternoon (the first day)
- a round trip bus service for the social afternoon program to the town of Cadaqués, returning people to the Almadraba hotel and Roses after dinner. (Note: dinners are excluded)
- a free return bus option on Friday afternoon from the conference to Barcelona will be organised if a significant number of assistants would benefit from it.
- Participation on one free tutorial
Registration cost (regular): 470 euros.
Registration cost (student, initially limited to 8 places): 300 euros . No more places available.
- Conference dinner
The conference dinner has an extra cost: 60 euros. The conference dinner is limited by the maximum capacity of the restaurant to 63 people. This will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis.
- Accompanying person(s)
Accompanying persons can be indicated in the registration form, should them need to use any of the conference services such as the conference bus service, join conference lunches or conference dinner with the assistants. The registration form gives options to select only the services that are needed, configuring correspondingly the cost.
- Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy is the one of the hotels, restaurants and bus services. The conference organisation also have to face costs for the reserved conference room, coffee breaks etc. Any cancellation before or on 31.08.25 will have a total refund (except for any cost of the bank transfer), whereas any cancellation after 31.08.25 will incur on the lost of the paid registration costs, all services and accommodation reservation costs..
