GETTING TO ALBA SYNCHROTRON
Arriving by plane
The closest airport to ALBA is Barcelona-El Prat International Airport. It is well connected to Barcelona city-center train stations: Barcelona-Sants, Barcelona-Catalunya.
To reach ALBA from Barcelona-El Prat airport there are two options:
- Taxi: about 30-40 minutes depending on the traffic and around 50 €.
- Public transport: first you need to go to Barcelona city centre (take Aerobus till Plaza Catalunya - 30-35 minutes - 5,90€). Second, you have to take a train till Cerdanyola del Vallès (RENFE) or till Sant Cugat (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat). This second journey is about 30-40 minutes and costs between 2-3 €. Finally, you need to take a bus (A4 or B7 lines) from the train station till the ALBA Synchrotron - about 15-20 minutes and between 1-2 € .
GETTING TO HOTEL PARC DEL VALLES
As the hotel is very close to ALBA, the transportation combination is basically the same. The two bus lines mentioned above also serve the hotel. The bus stop is called Boters/hotel.
