The most convenient and closest options for booking a room for your school stay are the new Yugo residence Alba Viu and the Hotel Exec Parc del Valles in Cerdanyola. They are both in 5 and 10 min walking distance from the synchrotron. The hotel is closer to Cerdanyola and dinning options.
The hotel Exec Campus is another reasonably good option, with location on the University Campus and a 20min walk approximately.
Hotel rooms for individual use and including breakfast are available at a 5-min walk from the ALBA Synchrotron.
