Description
A button and stripline beam position monitor (BPM) were designed and fabricated. 3700 feedthroughs and 720 BPMs have been made and tested. The feedthroughs are sorted by the capacitance which was measured by the TDR. The position accuracy of the button and fiducial were measured by Coordinate Measuring Machine which shown an accuracy of dozens of μm. The characteristic impedances of the stripline were designed to be 50 Ω and confirmed by TDR measurements.
