Description

3Sbar (Surface Structure and Spectroscopy at bar pressure) at ALBA Synchrotron is the new X-Ray micro-spot beamline for studying surfaces and interfaces under realistic operating conditions. By integrating NAPHAXPES,XAS, and advanced scattering techniques (SXRD, GIXD, and GISAXS), it enables simultaneous chemical and structural characterization in gases or liquids. Operating between 3 and 17 keV and from ultra-high vacuum to several bars of partial pressure at the sample.
