This session is addressed to all the volunteers taking part in the Open Day 2024 next 16th November 2024.
There, we will review the general aspects of how we have organised for the event. Besides, the Emergency Plan for the event will be presented.
There are two calls for this meeting: at 10:00 and at 15:00 in order you can choose the most suitable for you. The sessions are taking place in hybrid mode at the Maxwell auditorium. One of them will also be recorded, so the video will be available for those who cannot participate in any of them.
Important! We will be giving volunteers' material 1h before and after the meetings. Those who cannot come to collect it, contact me. Otherwise, they will be available in Reception the day of the event.
You must have been contacted by your coordinator area to know your position, shift and expected tasks to develop that day. If you need more information, general guidelines in Catalan and Spanish are available here (see attached materials).
