Abstract
INFN is part of many experiments in the world with its main focus at CERN and in its four national laboratories. INFN has started a process (What Next ?) to design a future that might consider an expansion of the scope and some diversification of the activities while retaining its main mission. I will describe the structure of the institute, the main activities, the perspectives.
