Description

SESAME, the Synchrotron Laboratory of the Middle East, is becoming reality. The injector has been commissioned, the storage ring is in an advanced state of installation and two beamlines will be producing science already in 2017. During the presentation, the status of the accelerator and of the beamlines will be given and the future developments of the facility will be outlined.
